Path of Inner Peace
The Path of Inner Peace starts with four words not my problem, by which we all can access our true state of being. Sometimes when we are in trouble, we try to solve the problem on our own which only makes things worse for ourselves. Instead of wasting our time, energy and resources in trying to resolve our problems, it would be much better if we could just accept that we have a problem and just go ahead and figure out how to fix it without the use of any outside resources. If we can just do that, then we would have already started on the road to peace. That is, getting all the good stuff on the road to inner peace.
However, before we can get to that state of inner peace, we need to first accept that there is a problem in the first place. It may not be so easy to do when we have just been in a very stressful situation. We might try to convince ourselves that our problem is not as bad as everyone else’s problem in the world, and we might even try to convince ourselves that we don’t have to get over our problem because it is not as bad as everyone else’s problem. But it is still there, and unless we accept that fact, then nothing will change. And the next thing that we have to do is to figure out a way to deal with the problem, and make it go away as fast as possible.
One great way to do this is to wear a peace symbol on our shirt, and to put it on the spot where we have that problem. By wearing the peace symbol on the spot where you have your problem, you immediately give yourself the power to control your reaction to the situation and to take care of it as quickly and effectively as you can. Suddenly, instead of thinking about the problem and its possible solutions, you now have a solution right at your fingertips. By doing this, you are already on your way to obtaining the inner peace that is so important for us to have.
